Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection and management of foundry partners for advanced process nodes.
- Negotiate pricing and business models to secure wafer capacity and packaging slots.
- Manage transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
- Establish chip specifications and design partitioning with system architects.
- Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of program management experience.
- Experience in sourcing or supply chain operations within the semiconductor industry.
- Familiarity with foundry environments and semiconductor process flows.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in advanced packaging technology and next-generation node qualification.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional supplier management.
