Responsibilities:

  • Drive EMEA Network Planning activities for asset and infrastructure planning to support demand forecasts over time.
  • Manage repeatable and transparent planning pipelines.
  • Ingest, analyze, understand, and rationalize demand forecasts for all EMEA related flows.
  • Own and deliver in-depth technical risk assessments based on various what-if analysis.
  • Partner with internal business and technical stakeholders to define network requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in network infrastructure, network architecture and reliability.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in networking, specifically in delivering infrastructure assets and managing vendors.
  • Understanding of EMEA and global carrier networks.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystem.
  • Excellent program management, problem-solving and financial skills.
