Compensation:

$163000 - $237000/year + 15% bonus target

Responsibilities:

  • Design, scale, and maintain operational infrastructure using APIs and scripting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy generative AI tools.
  • Optimize workflows and establish performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Provide operational insights and manage program budgets.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management or software engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with AI tools, particularly the Gemini suite.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across international teams.
