Technical Program Manager, Metro Planner

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EMEA network planning activities for asset/infrastructure planning to support product area demand forecasts.
- Project manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent and quarterly planning pipelines.
- Analyse demand forecasts and translate them into regional capacity plans.
- Conduct technical risk assessments to ensure optimal network solutions.
- Communicate with business owners and technical teams to align capacity requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in network architecture, design, and infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in networking and vendor management.
- Knowledge of IP networking and optical design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
