Technical Program Manager, Metro Planner

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead EMEA network planning activities for asset/infrastructure planning to support product area demand forecasts.
• Project manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent and quarterly planning pipelines.
• Analyse demand forecasts and translate them into regional capacity plans.
• Conduct technical risk assessments to ensure optimal network solutions.
• Communicate with business owners and technical teams to align capacity requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in network architecture, design, and infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in networking and vendor management.
• Knowledge of IP networking and optical design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
