This role is based in Finland with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large, site-wide data centre construction and delivery organization.
  • Ensure the development of detailed designs and manage construction and commissioning.
  • Establish and maintain delivery models and global vendor relationships.
  • Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring talent.
  • Research and implement construction means and methods for data centre equipment.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in data center program management and technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project and construction management.
  • Experience with commercial agreement management and procurement.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships in the design and construction industry.
  • Understanding of startup/commissioning processes.
