This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the integration of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across Global Data Centers.
  • Establish and enforce global Building Information Model (BIM) content standards.
  • Partner with design and construction teams to manage vendor operations.
  • Provide guidance on software utilization and emerging technologies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and BIM/VDC implementation.
  • Experience with construction projects from start to delivery.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Structural Engineering or Registered Architecture license.
  • Experience with Virtual Design/BIM software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit).
  • Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
