Technical Program Manager, YouTube Shopping

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver complex software engineering programs for the YouTube Shopping domain.
• Reduce process friction and build efficiencies.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to adopt project delivery best practices.
• Manage dependencies and escalations, driving visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
• Build strong partnerships across product areas to unblock progress.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Track record of delivering cross-functional software engineering projects.
• Strong people management skills and ability to influence technical decision-making.
• Ability to execute large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
