This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 118,000-121,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 customer support and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants to enhance Google Cloud products.
  • Implement tools for effective diagnosis and resolution of customer issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience with computer networking and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with system virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions.
