This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
CAD 118,000-121,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 customer support and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Collaborate with developers and consultants to enhance Google Cloud products.
- Implement tools for effective diagnosis and resolution of customer issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with computer networking and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with system virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions.
