This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution on Google Cloud Platform products.
- Understand Google's product technology and architectures by troubleshooting and determining root causes for customer reported issues.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
- 4 years of experience with technologies such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, and more.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and reading/debugging code in various programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud networking solutions.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and excellent troubleshooting skills.
