This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution on Google Cloud Platform products.
  • Understand Google's product technology and architectures by troubleshooting and determining root causes for customer reported issues.
  • Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
  • 4 years of experience with technologies such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, and more.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and reading/debugging code in various programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud networking solutions.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and excellent troubleshooting skills.
