This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada or Austin, TX, USA.

Compensation:

CAD 128,000-132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch support for critical customer environments on Google Cloud.
  • Triage technical escalations and manage incidents to improve workload reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve deployment obstacles and enhance product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in customer support or software development.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and crisis response management.
