Compensation:

Canada: $170000 - $175000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness and availability.
  • Triage technical escalations and manage platform outages.
  • Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to improve Google Cloud.
  • Provide 24-hour customer support as part of a global team.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6 years of experience in customer advocacy and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
