Compensation:
Canada: $170000 - $175000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness and availability.
- Triage technical escalations and manage platform outages.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to improve Google Cloud.
- Provide 24-hour customer support as part of a global team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6 years of experience in customer advocacy and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
