This role is part of the Scaled Operations organization at Meta, focused on integrating AI into operational processes.

Compensation:

$182,000/year to $255,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and redesign workflows for AI-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and ensure successful automation outcomes.
  • Architect scalable automation solutions compliant with Meta standards.
  • Manage complex projects, including requirements gathering and deliverable oversight.
  • Champion change management strategies to support transitions resulting from automation.
  • Engage cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and innovate continuously.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices for scaling automations.
  • Manage vendor relationships for technical design and implementation.
  • Track and report on key metrics and business impact of automation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in systems architecture and solution design.
  • 8+ years in process analysis or business operations.
  • Experience with AI/ML or automation projects.
  • Expertise in API integration and automation frameworks.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Effective communication on technical topics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta’s internal tools.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Operations processes.
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience developing automation best practices.
