Compensation:

$210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision for data foundation and analytics across platforms.
  • Own the data architecture for large-scale projects.
  • Build frameworks to improve data logging efficacy.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
  • Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for data sets.
  • Implement security models based on privacy requirements.
  • Design and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
  • Optimize data pipelines and systems for easier development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL design.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MapReduce or MPP systems.
  • Knowledge of Python and data analysis.
