Compensation:

$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and own the data architecture for large-scale projects.
  • Create frameworks to improve data logging efficacy.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand data needs.
  • Define and manage Service Level Agreements for data sets.
  • Design, build, and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
  • Optimize existing processes and code for efficiency.
  • Mentor team members and provide actionable feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with data (data analyst, data scientist, data engineer).
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and a programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field.
