Compensation:
$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and own the data architecture for large-scale projects.
- Create frameworks to improve data logging efficacy.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand data needs.
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements for data sets.
- Design, build, and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
- Optimize existing processes and code for efficiency.
- Mentor team members and provide actionable feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with data (data analyst, data scientist, data engineer).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and a programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field.
