This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging problems using various analytical and statistical approaches.
  • Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop product strategies.
  • Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting and monitoring of key product metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform and influence product strategy and investment decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).
  • 8+ years of experience leading analytics work and guiding data-influenced product planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience communicating analysis results to leadership teams.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
