This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$225,000/year to $286,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evolve the strategy for driving value from data and analytics for the Supply Chain Operations Analytics organization.
  • Own the KPI roadmap, including performance drivers and insights analysis.
  • Grow and nurture a team of analytics professionals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize organizational use cases for data and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading data and analytics teams.
  • Experienced Supply Chain professional with knowledge of supply chain metrics.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and business applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science).
  • Hands-on experience in technical roles related to data analysis.
