Energy Program Manager

This role is remote in the US.

Compensation:

$170,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of energy infrastructure strategies for Meta’s data centers.
  • Establish and communicate energy requirements to stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for energy infrastructure agreements.
  • Manage project due diligence and operational processes for energy-related matters.
  • Build relationships with internal partners including engineering, design, and operations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements for project delivery.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in energy project development or management.
  • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and utility interconnection processes.
  • Proven program management skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
