Engineering Manager - Computer Vision (Spatial AI)

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategies for Spatial AI experiences.
• Drive efficiency gains in multi-modal foundation models.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and peer teams.
• Stay updated on industry research and software development.
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
• Foster a continuous learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical management.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years managing managers, 5+ years leading teams of research scientists and software engineers.
• Experience in recruiting and building technical organizations.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in productizing Computer Vision or AI technologies.
• Technical experience in machine perception and robotics.
• Experience managing joint hardware-software development projects.
