This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$145,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute complex finance projects and programs.
  • Maintain project documentation for transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support process mapping and automation.
  • Oversee change management and resource allocation.
  • Develop effective communication channels with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to lead complex projects independently.
  • Understanding of process mapping and finance processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI/Agile or similar qualifications.
  • Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows.
