Global Supply Chain Manager - Connectivity Fiber and Hardware

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$121,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of the supply plan, optimizing capacity utilization.
• Publish build plan to suppliers and monitor production schedules.
• Identify supply risks and drive improvements through vendor assessments.
• Monitor market conditions and supply/demand challenges.
• Ensure operational readiness for new equipment and suppliers.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Manage supplier relationships focused on performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations.
• Experience in managing supplier performance.
• Ability to analyze information and drive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Business knowledge and experience in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure.
