Global Supply Chain Manager - Data Center Power and Cooling

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$121,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of the supply plan, optimizing capacity utilization.
• Publish build plans to suppliers and monitor lead times.
• Mitigate supply risks and drive manufacturing improvements.
• Ensure operational readiness for new equipment and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply visibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations.
• Experience managing supplier performance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Business knowledge in power and/or cooling infrastructure.
• Prior experience in networking or cloud industry.
