Global Supply Chain Manager - Power and Cooling Lead

Compensation:

$151,000/year to $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead long term supply planning and optimize capacity utilization.
  • Monitor lead times and production schedules, managing deviations and risks.
  • Identify supply risks and drive improvements through vendor assessments.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new equipment and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Partner with demand managers to fulfill supply plans.
  • Define category strategies with sourcing and quality teams.
  • Enhance supply visibility and accuracy through process improvements.
  • Manage supplier relationships focused on performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations.
  • Experience in supplier performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Business knowledge in Power and Cooling infrastructure.
  • Experience in networking or cloud industry.
