Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical program management of next-generation hardware platforms across multiple teams.
  • Own overall program success, spanning end-to-end development of hardware products.
  • Develop and manage programs including defining scope, requirements, and schedules.
  • Influence broader roadmaps through product interception and market fit.
  • Drive communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze infrastructure needs and produce hardware designs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in software, systems, or hardware engineering.
  • Experience delivering tech programs from inception to delivery.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of hardware system architecture.
  • Experience with AI/ML server development.
  • Knowledge of data center deployment.
