Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead (Capabilities)

This role is based in Fremont, CA.
Compensation:
$225,000 to $279,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and lead implementation to solve important challenges across Meta’s infrastructure supply chain.
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale Meta’s infrastructure supply chain capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver longer-term solutions to prioritized business, capability, and/or technical challenges.
- Engage with leaders across the supply chain team and cross-functional partners to understand key problems impacting the business.
- Maintain a broad understanding of industry and supply chain external developments.
- Lead design and implementation for complex solutions to deliver sustained supply chain capabilities.
- Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment on proposed direction and plans.
- Establish a data-driven approach to measure progress and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders and teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in leading global supply chain teams in infrastructure or related domain.
- Experience in deploying end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc.) in an infrastructure area.
- Experience with ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Procurement.
- Demonstrated successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in partnering with manufacturers of compute, storage, network, and data center infrastructure.
- Experience architecting and implementing supply chain solutions for Hyperscalers.
