This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$235,370/year to $250,250/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and productionize machine learning models for ad ranking, targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead and analyze A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model performance.
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Author technical documentation and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark).
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
