This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive incident response for complex technical issues on a global scale.
  • Implement effective changes to security and business continuity affecting network infrastructure.
  • Oversee operational efficiency and manage a large contingent workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Identify and manage risks related to data and asset protection.
  • Analyze operational events to find automation opportunities.
  • Ensure quality in metrics reporting to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in network operations and design.
  • Hands-on experience with optical/network communication equipment.
  • Strong communication skills with vendors and service providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing global Network Operations Center environments.
  • Leadership experience in technical or engineering programs.
  • Experience with supplier management and contract negotiations.
