This role is based in Denver, CO, with additional locations in New Albany, OH and remote options available.

Compensation:

$133,000/year to $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive incident response and manage complex technical issues across global infrastructure.
  • Participate in escalation management and improve processes to reduce future escalations.
  • Lead operational improvements and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Analyze operational events to identify automation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a global Network Operations Center.
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, etc.) and CDN services.
  • Experience with automation and coding in languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
