Responsibilities:
- Incident Response: Investigate complex technical and process issues globally.
- Escalation Management: Participate in on-call rotation and improve processes.
- Risk Management: Ensure operations align with reliability and security policies.
- Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Data Measurement: Drive quality in operational metrics.
- Operational Leadership: Manage activities of a large contingent workforce.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in global network or infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with vendor partnerships and performance improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Basic knowledge of coding in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
