NPI Program Manager

This position is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single-threaded program owner across the Supply Chain organization for NPI delivery.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external teams and manufacturing sites.
• Manage risks and drive successful on-time and on-quality NPI delivery of hardware.
• Work closely with external manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in computer hardware and/or networking manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI product life-cycle and program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.S. in hardware engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing test processes and systems.
