Product Design Manager

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a talented team of product designers.
• Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Lead user experience in partnership with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers.
• Contribute to the organization's strategic direction.
• Transform broad ideas into valuable products for users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Design.
• Design leadership experience with direct reports.
• Collaborative experience with product, engineering, and user research teams.
• Strategic thinking and product goal development experience.
• Experience building and shipping applications across platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-geographic team setups.
• Experience with enterprise-level products.
• Experience managing support for multiple product teams.
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience on large scale, complex projects across teams.
