Product Design Manager

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of product designers, providing coaching and feedback.
• Drive design strategy across multiple product initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align design work with business needs.
• Establish high standards for design quality and mentor designers.
• Champion AI tools within design workflows.
• Recruit high-potential designers and future leaders.
• Communicate design strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• 4+ years of experience managing product designers.
• Experience leading design strategy across large-scale initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
• Experience driving design systems adoption.
