Compensation:

$170,000/year to $236,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
  • Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable user experiences.
  • Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around product direction.
  • Mentor team members and provide feedback to enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee user experience from conception to launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing complex software products.
  • Experience in conducting research studies and driving design-led innovation.
  • Proficiency in advanced prototyping techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading design for virtual, augmented, or mixed reality products.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in prototyping 3D interactions using Unity.
