This role is based in Burlingame, CA, with a focus on designing user-centric solutions for AI-powered wearable devices.
Compensation:
$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Transform broad ideas into user-centric solutions for over 2 billion users.
- Lead design for wearable device integrations in the Meta AI app.
- Champion an AI-first approach to design.
- Mentor teammates and foster growth in design practices.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Present work and vision to executive leadership.
- Deliver innovative, high-craft experiences that build user trust.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in application or software design.
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android.
- Understanding of hardware and software design intersections.
