This role is based in Burlingame, CA, with a focus on designing user-centric solutions for AI-powered wearable devices.

Compensation:

$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Transform broad ideas into user-centric solutions for over 2 billion users.
  • Lead design for wearable device integrations in the Meta AI app.
  • Champion an AI-first approach to design.
  • Mentor teammates and foster growth in design practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Present work and vision to executive leadership.
  • Deliver innovative, high-craft experiences that build user trust.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in application or software design.
  • Proficiency in interaction and visual design.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android.
  • Understanding of hardware and software design intersections.
