This internship is part of the AI System SW/HW Co-design team at Meta, aimed at developing high-performance software and hardware technologies for AI applications.

Compensation:

$7,650/month to $12,134/month + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support research to optimize AI workloads across software and hardware architectures.
  • Work towards long-term research goals and identify intermediate milestones.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers across disciplines.
  • Communicate research progress and results effectively.
  • Influence research communities through publications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or related STEM field.
  • Knowledge of Hardware Architecture and Distributed Systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in High Performance Computing or related areas.
  • Work authorization in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of achievements in research and publications.
  • Experience with C/C++, Python, and/or PyTorch.
  • Experience in team collaboration and problem-solving.
