Compensation:
$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of security engineers.
- Set strategy and lead execution to harden products against attacks.
- Conduct research to identify new security measures.
- Collaborate with vulnerability management and other security programs.
- Design and lead technical assessments on Meta products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in leading technical teams.
- Experience in security assurance activities.
- Knowledge of attack surfaces for products.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, C, C++, or Java.
