Compensation:
$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Influence and align the organization’s vision and strategy, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Measure team impact and set clear expectations.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design and prioritization.
- Lead engineering practices to sustain a high-performance team.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to execute project work effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Security.
- 8+ years of experience in Security or Software Engineering, including 3+ years in technical management.
- Proven track record in supporting security research and engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Security domains and experience with Public Cloud environments.
- Background in security-focused software engineering and large-scale systems.
