Senior Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Be both a highly technical and an effective people manager.
• Hold your own in technical discussions and be a subject matter expert.
• Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects.
• Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategy.
• Drive roadmap creation and execution.
• Participate in technical design.
• Collaborate with various functions and drive engineering initiatives.
• Work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to influence and drive organizational design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and managing engineering leaders.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on technical management.
• 8+ years experience coding in relevant programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating across multiple timezones.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
