This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, designing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with recruiting team members for talent pooling and market intelligence.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate meetings and projects to improve recruiting operations.
- Build relationships with management and cross-functional partners.
- Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting productivity.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure compliant hiring processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in managing complex searches and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with advanced search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data for decision-making.
- Experience with recruiting tools and understanding of the technical talent market.
- Self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
