Signal Integrity Engineer, Intern

This internship is based in Menlo Park, CA and lasts between 12 to 16 weeks.

Compensation:

$6,688 to $11,467 per month + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the development of AI and network hardware designs and system solutions.
  • Define requirements for novel solutions and lead the design and testing of electrical interfaces.
  • Conduct high-speed modeling and simulation, including PCB stackup analysis.
  • Design and test components, creating software automation for systems.
  • Work collaboratively with system and ASIC suppliers to meet Meta's development requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in electrical design and validation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in high-speed signal integrity design and electromagnetic theory.
  • Experience with board design from schematic entry to fabrication.
  • Familiarity with SI/PI tools and lab tools.
