This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Compensation:
$271,000/year to $347,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive the team's goals and technical direction to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate complex features and systems.
- Understand industry trends to assess and develop new technologies.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve team performance.
- Identify new opportunities and influence staffing priorities.
- Create consumer products and features on a large scale.
- Lead long-term technical vision for cross-company efforts.
- Partner with infrastructure and operations teams to build and scale back-end services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience building large-scale applications.
- 8+ years of experience with web or mobile technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and influencing engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
- Experience with responsible AI practices.
