Compensation:
$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience or PhD + 4 years of experience.
- Experience in recruiting, building, and leading technical organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years managing a team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on technical manager with experience in web-based software solutions and API design.
