This role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Be a highly technical, hands-on and effective people manager.
- Mentor and support engineers' growth and success, helping them focus on their strengths.
- Lead and guide engineering culture to form a high-performance team.
- Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives.
- Participate in technical design and be a subject matter expert in a product domain.
- Define and influence product strategy.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
- Contribute to the overall maturity of deployment and other processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record of supporting technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and background in coding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams.
- Knowledge of growing teams and/or organizations.
- Experience supporting product engineering teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
