This role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a highly technical, hands-on and effective people manager.
  • Mentor and support engineers' growth and success, helping them focus on their strengths.
  • Lead and guide engineering culture to form a high-performance team.
  • Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives.
  • Participate in technical design and be a subject matter expert in a product domain.
  • Define and influence product strategy.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Contribute to the overall maturity of deployment and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of supporting technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and background in coding.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams.
  • Knowledge of growing teams and/or organizations.
  • Experience supporting product engineering teams.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
