Solutions Architect

This role is based in Austin, TX, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Drive technical strategy and manage project roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional technical programs from design to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Champion operational excellence through reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into sales processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technology solutions for sales organizations.
• Experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, or AI/ML services.
• Understanding of data structures and database design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts to diverse audiences.
