Solutions Architect - Payments

This role is based in Gurgaon, India.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's payments and messaging solutions.
- Lead clients towards successful integrations with Meta's Payment products.
- Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities.
- Guide clients through technical details of Meta's platform and products.
- Address complex client issues with a hands-on approach.
- Contribute to documentation, tools, and processes.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience with software systems, data querying, and API development.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of Meta's advertising and messaging products.
- Experience with API documents and integration projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
