This role is based in Fremont, CA.
Compensation:
$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP processes.
- Assess process performance and identify gaps for improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
- Act as the primary liaison for hardware budget management.
- Lead spend projections and variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to demand and supply.
- Develop partnerships with vendors to ensure optimal capacity allocation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in demand planning and supply chain.
- Experience with supply chain systems related to demand planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in the consumer hardware industry.
- Experience with Oracle SCM Applications.
