This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • Assess process performance and identify gaps for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for hardware budget management.
  • Lead spend projections and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to demand and supply.
  • Develop partnerships with vendors to ensure optimal capacity allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in demand planning and supply chain.
  • Experience with supply chain systems related to demand planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the consumer hardware industry.
  • Experience with Oracle SCM Applications.
