Supply Chain Lead - Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction

This role is based in a remote capacity supporting North American operations.

Compensation:

$150,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Partner Engagement and Prioritization
• Manage Capacity and Effective Scaling
• Optimize Partner Allocation and Planning
• Lead Scenario Analysis and Risk Management
• Analyze Supplier Ecosystem
• Facilitate Strategic Reviews
• Contribute to Thought Leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in engineering or construction roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant area
• Proficient in strategic communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of construction means and methods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or License in Engineering Discipline
• 15+ years of experience in the industry
• Advanced Experience or Certification in Project Management
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives
