Supply Chain Lead- Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction

Compensation:

$150,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic partner engagement and prioritization.
  • Manage supplier capacity assessment and onboarding programs.
  • Optimize partner allocation and planning.
  • Lead scenario analysis and risk management.
  • Analyze the supplier ecosystem for long-term partnerships.
  • Facilitate strategic reviews with suppliers.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in supply chain strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in engineering or construction roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant area.
  • Proficiency in strategic communication and negotiation.
  • Understanding of construction means, methods, and cost estimating.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or license in Engineering Discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Advanced experience in Project Management or Logistics.
