Compensation:

$133,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical implementation projects focused on supply chain processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and drive supply chain transformations.
  • Define success criteria and metrics to track improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop integrated supply chain solutions.
  • Drive rapid development cycles for supply chain tooling.
  • Provide mentorship on supply chain best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in supply chain operations or program management.
  • Experience with supply chain solutions across various technology stacks.
  • Project management skills with a focus on supply chain functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with SDLC processes and program management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma techniques for process improvement.
