Supply Chain Strategy Operations Specialist

This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$121,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute supply chain projects across planning, sourcing, fulfillment and engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, track milestones, report progress and ensure timeline execution.
  • Identify and lead efforts to streamline and standardize supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational needs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reliable data sources for supply chain information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, engineering or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving projects and improving processes.
  • Collaboration and communication skills across engineering and other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving business transformation or process reengineering initiatives.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
