Technical Program Manager, AI Accelerator Software

Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements and establish scope.
  • Create execution strategies for full stack software development.
  • Ensure lower layer components fully enable applications and datacenter operations.
  • Lead migration of existing AI software applications.
  • Define and track key metrics and quality indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in software/hardware engineering or program management.
  • Experience delivering complex tech programs from inception to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of AI software development life cycle and AI algorithms.
  • Experience with high performance or AI training clusters.
