This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Compensation:
$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements and establish scope.
- Create execution strategies for full stack software development.
- Ensure lower layer components fully enable applications and datacenter operations.
- Lead migration of existing AI software applications.
- Define and track key metrics and quality indicators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in software/hardware engineering or program management.
- Experience delivering complex tech programs from inception to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of AI software development life cycle and AI algorithms.
- Experience with high performance or AI training clusters.
